“Susan Hughes has made a significant contribution to my health and wellbeing for the last 20 years. Partaking in her weekly intense yoga classes via my workplace (and occasionally at her home) has been very rewarding. Susan has a natural way to encompass all participants in the class, tailoring to anyone’s possible ailment at the time. I have suffered from TMJ (jaw pain) intermittently for quite a while, and her specific techniques have been so successful in adjusting me, I have not needed to manage the problem with a specialist for a very long time.
She also is particular with ‘technique and form’ and ensures everyone understands the benefits that each yoga move is providing to their bodies and mind. Susan works within the 4 seasons of the year, maximising the natural external elements to work in conjunction with our bodies. At the end of each class it is rewarding to see everyone looking uplifted, standing taller and straighter and ready to start their day with a focused mind and a strong body.”
