Susan gets so much enjoyment out of seeing elite athletes reach their true potential by bringing balance to their minds and bodies and advising them on food and nutrition.

Bringing alignment and balance is very important for athletes as they tend to favour one side of their body more than the other which then creates a twist, a distortion in their structure of their bodies. Bringing balance back is very important to prevent the twist & rotation from being pulled out even more.

Bringing yoga into their weekly program allows their bodies to gain more strength and flexibility by focusing in a particular way on their harder side bringing physical and mental balance to their whole being.

This is different to gym work. Here we focus on moving with the breath so the mind, body and spirit are totally connected.
